Welp, it's just like kitkat. You swipe right or left to answer or decline on the phone icon. New UI was released today: called OofUI. Versions are 4.0 to 4.4.4: they have stock android inside them, and have the android versions ICS to KITKAT (including jellybean). the apps and version were just customized, but still just stock android.
