+ * ~ Iris + * ~ She/They L O R E : On one fateful night, stardust fell down on the shore, forming a creature incomprehensible to the human mind. She was created with 6 ears to hear the sounds of the world, antlers to fend off foes, and paws that make her agile, easily fleeing from hunters. One day, she senses an abandoned child in the wood, in the bushes. The wailing was incessant, but something about it called to her. Empathetic for the child, she took it and raised it as her own. This was until this child was a teenager, in which the child said, "Mother, why don't you use your six great eyes to look at me? I am your child, aren't I?" "You are my child, you don't need me to look at you to know that I love you." "That isn't enough, open your eyes." The child demanded. "Like I said, I don't need to open my eyes to make you know how much you are appreciated." The child huffed in anger, stomping toward Iris to force her eyes open. "Wait, don't!-" By then, it was already too late, she discovered what her six eyes were created to do. They were wide open, and she saw her child on the floor seeming unconscious. She took a closer look, her child's eyes were darting all over the place while they cried a mysterious liquid. Everything was all blurry, an unclear patch of blue and purple circled and duplicated in their sight. The child had a wide smile, seeming like they were about to laugh, their skin pale as snow. Iris quickly ran to the nearby village, and left her unresponsive child there. Iris regretted raising the child, grief, and anger all struck her at once. She ran far as she could, to hide from all organisms. Never to hurt a single one ever again. She tries her best to not think about that day, whether her child was well. . . or not.
