Yeah so uh... Here you go! A vector of a scene from the 2002 Spider-Man movie! Made in 2 days by me, no AI used! You can see the process on how I made this inside, but basically I traced over Spider-Man and the buildings separately and then filled them in, then added a blur on the legs and sun flare effect made with Turbowarp's transparency option, then added the clouds and black bars!
