basiclly she has no clothes except for the base stuff, because it's just a incomplete test for drawing people from kleki, and she is an Adult even though she is called a "teen-sama". Its just a test/filler, so dont be mad. DO NOT BE CONTROVERSIAL TOWARDS HER ITS INCOMPLETE
