Nuclear defense doctrine: All quadumvirate anti-IBM missles were ordered to deflect the incoming missles. Plenty were blocked, but not enough to be safe of course. The Quadumvirate expiditionary forces found shelter within the occupied territory, some civillian, some military, though the sappers have the supplies to expand the bunker complexes, but only so much. A reasonable amount of civilians were brought in, while the rest of the regions fate is unknown. The supplies and rations will last, until rescue can come from the fallout. Good thing operation Theia's defensive side brought bunkers as well. Hopefully pickup will come soon.
