theres Cameron nice person perfectly fine life where he was the oldest of many sibling. but he was pretty clumsy hurt himself a lot by accident when mutated he was given the ability to heal others at the cost of his own body condition example healing broken bones makes his weaker. Cameron is pretty good at dissecting lies he envies how strong everyone else is and when eventually his body can no longer heal and he is close to death he feels more useless than before. much less like Roxi and more like orchid he doesn’t want to oof he wants to live up to everyone else’s expectations whether he loses the ability to move later or not. Cameron liked to bake before the apocalypse but was so bad at it only orchid would eat the food because to her “anything is better than the hospital” him and orchid started having a strong platonic bond which caused him to start wanting to protect orchid. Orchids loud Bursts and rule breaking actions (like being in a relationship with a girl) could send her to prisoners island so Cameron tried to distract her as a way to keep her safe then theres goober (later figured out to be johnny) since early childhood johnnys been broken his parents tried to escape there North Korea like environment and got sent to prisoners island for doing it. since they didn’t like the orphanages and They were kinda :( his sister only 3 years older escaped hid snd lived on the streets. desperate for any kind of money he gets employed at the lab at the age of 13 yet doesnt get tested on because his sister refused. the one injection he got is the mandatory one that Emma forest and Cameron got known as the enhancement chemical his creativity is unmatched but he slowly forgets himself as he builds his world this is why he only remembers goober vs his own name bechase he was called it for so long. unlike the rest he doesn’t really carry his trauma because he can’t rember it he acts happy and js generally a dumb boy who would do anything for his sister. he is too naive to remove the others masks and spread his pure joy
Theres also the child tabby just 6 years old when the apocalypse hits she is a completely normal sassy kid who everyone is hiding everything from to protect her innocence theres not much on her besides her father secretly liking another man who cannot be called her other father otherwise the whole family will go to prisoners island (why orchids parents disassociate w her) Williams efforts of strict parenting although limiting her are some of the only reasons she hasn’t completely lost hope that things can change and the last survivor tabby’s father. he grew up with strict fighting parents in a world were everything seemed boring and out of reach one day when he grew up to do something interesting he started working at the lab. the boutique next door is were he met his now zombiefyed boyfriend known as Jason glimmers (this dudes name is William btw) he can’t let anyone he knows know about his love for glimmers otherwise Al, 3 will face death William is overprotective now because he hides things from the government other people and had strict parents
