Adjust time by using the slider that shows when you move your mouse to the top-left corner DON'T USE FULL SCREEN AND DOUBLE-CLICK THE FLAG IT CAUSES THE TIMING TO BE BETTER! And I know there isn't much movement, but that's because this was mainly to practice lip sync. I drew/colored over 230 mouths in 2 days. Anyway, I worked super hard on this and I really hope you like it! And I edited out the H-E- double toothpicks :)
