A new proposal for the end of the Soviet involvement within the Jinzhaon Civil War. Written by the General Secretary of Soviet Jinzhao, Xi-Han-Zhao. Article A, "Terms of Peace." 1A, The Jinzhaoyi Militias are to cede and forfeit the territories marked in bright red within thirty days upon the signing of this proposal. 1B, The Jinzhaoyi Militias are to cede the territories marked in green within thirty days of the signing of this proposal. 1C, The Jinzhaoyi Militias are to cede the territories marked in blue within thirty days of the signing of this proposal. 1D, No military forces of the Jinzhaoyi Militias will be permitted within these territories, otherwise, the proposal will be considered void. 1E, The Jinzhaoyi Militias will permit international tribunals to try war criminals and war crimes within ten days of the signing of this proposal, failure to comply will consider their signatory void. The Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics is to be excluded from international tribunals due to the inherent bias within the courts of the Legislations Assembly. 1F, The Jinzhaoyi Militias, and the Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics, are to agree upon mutual permanent ceasefires on a beligerent by beligerent basis, however, the Jinzhaoyi Republics are not required to sign between eachother. 1G, The Jinzhaoyi Militias will owe the Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics an amount equaling ₽4.98 Trillion Tanakvikian Global Rubles, to be paid within the next thirty years, at 8.2% interest per year. Article B, "Future Relations." 2A, The Jinzhaoyi Militias, excluding Xeng, must establish civilian governance seperate from the military once their participation in the war is concluded. Failure to comply will result in the proposal becoming void. These nations will be referred to as 'Jinzhaoyi Republics' for the remainder. 2B, The Jinzhaoyi Republics may not join any Europian, Xeng or Vespacian led military or joint-defense agreement, coalition, alliance, pact, or other form of cooperation. However, the Jinzhaoyi Republics may join research groups, economic agreements, and other purely civilian organizations. The Jinzhaoyi Republics may not accept guarantees of independence from any nations from Europia, South-Western Rheia, or the Vespacias. If they recieve a guarantee, they must publically and privately refuse, and denounce it. 2C, The Jinzhaoyi Reoublics may form military economic agreements, defense agreements, join agreements, or be observer states within an agreement between eachother, however, the Jinzhaoyi Republics may not hold any economic or military agreements with the nation of Xeng, failure to comply will mark the treaty as void. 2D, The Jinzhaoyi Republics must present 5% of all income for the next twenty years to eachother, to pay for damages and repairs. This tax will not be under any nation's jurisdiction, and is fully based on mutual trust. 2E, The Jinzhaoyi Republics may not publically support any nations which hold aggressive stances towards the Jinzhaoyi Republics, and the Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics. The Jinzhaoyi Republics are also to be barred from participation in any international law or political organizations until a ten year period is done. This includes any new federations, the Legislations Assembly, and any other groups currently forgotten or unnamed. 2F, The Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics will serve as the primary negotiation ground between the Jinzhaoyi Republics' ambassadors and diplomats within sixty days of this proposal's signing. It is on the honor and the duty of the Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics to protect the ambassadors and diplomats from the Jinzhaoyi Republics, from eachother, themselves, or others.
This isn't a peace guarantee for the entire region, just would see the OCCP officially just take its marked territories, and call it a day, quite advantageous for the Jinzhaoyi Militias, and the OCCP itself.
