I can't recall how long I've been a member of dbd, but probably 5-6 months or more. I live in the PST/PDT timezone and my age range is 10-18. • (Optional) Do you have any experience managing communities or similar roles? ◘Right now I'm managing SSS, another chatroom studio by Hannissa. • Why do you want to become a manager for Different By Design? ◘I want to become a manager because I've been on DBD for a while and its been really fun! I want to contribute more by becoming a manager too. • What do you think being a manager would involve? ◘Becoming a manager would involve a lot of patience. They would need to be able to communicate things clearly and control their temper during certain situations • Why do you think you’d make a good manager? ◘I'm very active and would be able to attend to situations quickly. If an argument happens before assuming things I would hear something from both parties. I'm also good at confrontation • Are there any downsides or weaknesses you think you’d have as a manager? ◘A weakness would probably be my mental health, I've taken breaks before because of it a couple years ago and it could possibly make me take another break. • What are some ideas you have for improving the studio? ◘I think a good idea would be to do studio events. Even just simple ones like an art contest or something of the kind. • What is your availability and activity level (ideally on a scale from 1–10)? ◘I'm very active on dbd! I'd say my activity level and availability is 10/10
