No nations that are already part of other rps please, Or controversial groups/ real-world nations, etc You may create up to 3 stars, and habitable planets orbiting these stars can have intelligent life. (It doesn't need to evolve, it can be like that at the start) Once there's enough stars, Intelligent life can colonize other systems, & build stuff.
