If Twilight Sparkle ignored the other members of the Mane 6 during her first trip to Ponyville, what would've happened? Twilight would've found elements of harmony in their GEM form, but Nightmare Moon would destroy the elements, and Twilight wouldn't learn she's the element of magic. She wouldn't give in to Nightmare easily, but after finding no other ways to defeat her, she would probably give in. Also, since she and Nightmare are both really powerful with magic (guys Twilight lifted an Ursa Minor with her magic look it up), they would team up to defeat Celestia. Or at least, Nightmare would force her too. She could take Twilight's magic. After Celestia's defeat, Twilight Sparkle is remade to Dreamtrap. Remade, not renamed. (she's blind as punishment for refusing to trap a rebel once, hence gray eyes) If anypony dares to revolt against Nightmare, Dreamtrap will trap the rebel in an everlasting dream based on what they dreamed of the night before. It doesn't matter if it was a nightmare or a sweet dream, the pony will become lucid after a couple of hours, realize they are stuck in a dream, and who knows what happens to them after. Most of the "eversleepers" are placed in cells.
