The AWL, or the Alliance for Worldwide Liberty, is a organization in the Borealis Timeline which campaigns for human freedom around the world. It does not include nations, as they are mostly dystopian/authoritarian states, and is mainly based underground, its members being anywhere from normal people to veterans who dream for a better world. After World War III, the organization grew in popularity, particularly motivated by the NATO loss of the war.
