im such a bad person cuz i feel like crap when people dont text back and leave me on read but then i always hesitate to text back. i dont have any motivation in my whole body to text anymore and keep up with my "happy and loyal and outgoing" persona that has just been so normalized to me i get shamed and yelled at when i show my real self
