This is a fanmade eeveelution that I made. It's a psychic/ghost type, and it's suspected to be the only one in existance and have some sort of connection to the Unknown. It's Pokédex entry says: "The oldest ruins contain carvings of Spectreon dating back thousands of years. If the records are accurate, this Pokémon has not aged in all of human history."
