Super JoJo 2 in this era was its weakest point. But it was still very strong. Being able to catch up to the power of CloneJ. Who was about to destroy the Multiverse and recreate it in his own image.
JoJo got this form by absorbing the conceptual energy of all of the Stars in the Universe, and combining that power with Super JoJo 1. (Putting him higher than people like Dying Star Classic DJ, and Gods/Deities)
