Contrary to what it seems I think this is actually really good for Aurelia. They would have more lasting allies who would have to defend them, and they would be integrated into a larger economy. It would completely eliminate the possibility of a third war after the treaty's Article III expires. It would not only help them recover; it would also help them to grow quite a bit stronger.
