I’ve noticed some people (not naming) have been referring to Starry as Starrii. I’m not mad, but here’s some clear up :) Basically Starry originated as an imaginary pet from year 4 (yes ancient I know) and that was because my friend was obsessed with kitsune so I suggested we made a game with kitsunes called Kitsune World (yes temu pokemon </3) nowadays we usually roleplay as our kitsunes and have steered away from the pokemon vibe to make it more unique. also back then we didn’t know about LGBQT+ - sorry if I spelt it wrong - so we always had male and female. The OG duo was Starry (my first one) and Lyra (my bestie’s first one - @Lyra_the_kitsune). Lyra was female, so to balance it out I made Starry male. (If I knew I was going to use him as my main oc I would’ve made him female bc I’m female) However, Starrii is the name of another OC I have. Starry is my sona, Starrii is meant to represent ME. The whole reason I don’t go by Starry anymore was because I wanted to be more original (I searched up my oc and it came up with a YouTuber) and @CJKB is known as Starry. Also, I wanted to clear up confusion about my gender (bc Starry is male and I’m female) and making Starrii also gives opportunity for the ‘creator’ to interact with the OCs without s face reveal. Starrii does look like me (because she represents me) and to show how Starry has influenced my life I have given her kitsune ears the exact same as starry’s. Starrii doesn't have an official ref yet but you might be able to find her in some other projects I hope this clears up some confusion about Starry and Starrii ^^ Also I feel bad for not drawing starry as floofy as he canonically is I tried to make him more floofy in this pic TwT
