27. Long Update w/ Starry ---- The previous day... I brought my new horse Starry from @retro-mushroom's barn to Winter Creek and settled her in. Present day... I went to Starry's pasture and called her over, she was a bit hesitant at first but eventually came over. I put her halter and lead rope on and brought her to the pole. At the pole, I secured her lead rope on the loop and took off her blanket and brought it to the tack room. I brought back her tack and tacked her up, then took her to the arena. Once we were in the arena, I mounted and we did some warm up laps and practiced her gaits. She was tossing her head the entire time, so I went down from the canter and gallop to the walk and trot. I walked her a couple laps to let her chill out, then once I felt she was calm enough, I gave her a light trot cue and she freaked out. She reared, and I managed to stay on, but then she bucked and I got tossed off (and my hat went flying xD) I fell to the floor and landed with a thud, but luckily I had just watered the footing, so it was softer than normal, but still hurt. (Not shown) I brought her back to the pasture after that and gave her a quick brush, then put her blanket on and released her into the pasture. Today's lesson was... full of excitement :P I really need some help training her as she is one of the more difficult horses. If anyone wants to visit Winter Creek and help me with her, please let me know, the more hands I have, the better ^^ Lazy rider again, had to be lazy if I wanted to complete this update lol And yes I know it's not super long but it's longer than my usual 1-sliders xD Also I saw that baseball hats are in season (*cough cough cough*) Also if you zooommm in on the hat it has words :0 ---- Creds!
