7/24/26 Atlanta, GA Honda Racing announced that at the end of Season 1, they will end their racing program in the SURL, although they will remain in the SURL Indy series and SIMSA under Acura branding. This leaves many key teams (Trackhouse, Spire, Thorsport, DGM) without manufacturer support next season.
Honestly, I think 4 manufacturers is enough; 5 is a crowd. Idk why I added Honda in the first place.
