Well before we start discussing first things first. FNJT for Företag Nationell Järnväg och Tåg or in english National Railway and Train Company is the public train operator, it's a public company operated by the Relvjiric Kingdom. It's based in Arendelle and born in 1874. It maintain's all the Relvjiric railway system and is the only and largest passenger train operator. Iresag is a Skant Jhones based train manufacturer born in 1957. Mainly known for the Ark series their bullet train. Unlike popular belief the Ark series didn't start with the 1970's Ark-260, but with theArk-240 (not comercialized before 1968 and replaced by the Ark-260). Ireag also makes conventional electric and thermic trains as well as commercial cargo trains.
Here is the Ark-320. The Ark-320 is a bullet train capable of a cruise speed of 320km/h. [NOTE] The only reason the ARK320 exist it's because Relvjir Railways, under the FNJT are exceptionally well maintained railways. The Ark-320 top speed isn't limited by the Railways but by the Relvjiric railway infrastructure that do not allow much higher top speeds. The FNJT calls thoose trains the HHT or 2HT. [End NOTE] The Ark-320 has different variants wich only change the train capacity not the actual performance. - Ark-320 DualDeck10- The biggest 10 wagon 2 decks - Ark-320 Tågvagn10- The biggest 10 wagon Single decks - Ark-320 DualDeck8- The biggest 8 wagon 2 decks - Ark-320 Tågvagn8- The biggest 8 wagon Single decks The Dual Decks can have up to 80 people the single deck up to 50 depending on the tickets class and the company arrangements. The Ark-320 cost 35Million each units (approximately varies in between the wagon models). This is for Relvjir only, but Iresag can make other country trains, just it will depend on existing infrastructure [Other NOTE] The FNJT and Iresag have also a fleet of ARK-340 trains along side the Ark-320. The Ark 320 date since 2003, of course they are updated refubished maintained and upgraded constantly. The Ark-320 should retire by 2042. The Ark-360 is underway development. Iresag warned that an Ark-380 or even Ark-400 are for now very unlikely as the Relvjir railways system would need to get reworked and get a considerable upgrade.
