in the Scrapped Characters page from the Jay’s Media Wiki, there where 2 characters that where Scrapped from NBB7 named Withered six and Withered seven, these guys didn’t appear in the official NBB franchise because only the names exist with the games code script. So, I attempted to make a concept design of what they look like, my guess is that look like a copy of Withered Five and they take off their masks to reveal a face that looks completely bloody, fleshy and ugly.
