I made No creepier because if the background gets to be different, then no (a background character) might fit with the background. So yeah, I made him way more creepier just to fit the vibe, just making it more creepier. Like No is affected, think of it as that. But No does has a true form because i'm planning on bg fights so yeah, think of it at No revealing his true form partly here.
