So, as an early-2010s born person (Born in 2011), I just feel utterly disgusted by this decade (2020s). It's so bleak, traditional and sad. Sudha Murthy stories are taking over the internet, Edda Hayes and 2WEI's songs are making kids feel dark, NCERT is making kids feel obsessed with the government and Kutuki is mindcontrolling the littles. I just miss the early to late 2010s (and 2000s and 90s), when these times were fun, colorful, wacky, cute and silly. I miss the FLYEST things in the world like Twinkle Toes, 4KidsTV, Monster High and Ever After High, Tamagotchis, Lilpri and more. I just have this bittersweet feeling when I hear the Familie Sonntag remix of Haschenparty. It's too nostalgic. And to summarise this: I think my childhood (And earlier) is like Wicked and the now is like Wicked: For Good. Thanks for actually reading this.
