The Quadrumvirate has risen from the bunkers in North-East Witheria, with the help of Ashil anti-radiation robots and irregular infantry from the Pro-Adamnian Witheria, after the radiation had gone down just enough to evacuate without everyone falling ill. The mass of Draconian forces in Central Witheria were already doomed since the coup, and with no way out, they were attacked from all sides by the Quadumvirate and Irregular New-Witherian infantry. Same for the Draconians sandwhiched between the couped territory and the nuked lands. They met a similar fate. The Draconians near Tandem forces either surrendered, or wiped out, because they were also sandwiched between two enemy forces they could not handle.
