Treaty Of Livianno - 1. Italy and the Soviets would make it clear in which their territorial/goals are in the balkans (is what the sphere thing is) 2. Italy and Soviets would agree to not support rebel groups/or invade anything in the respective spheres (or it would mean war/embargo) 3. Greece would be kicked out of ESE and in return Italy won't but in into Soviet or ESE politics and Italy would guarantee no hostilities. 4. both soviet and Italian gov will agree to a NAP for 5 years 5. Both sides cannot be at war for 10 years unless they break the deal and support rebel groups/Invade spheres or unless Germany declares war on Poland. 6. Rome and Moscow will not invite any nations in the opposite spheres 7. a deal where ESE respects Italian claims on the Balkans (for the most part) in return Italy will make sure ESE ships are protected in the Mediterranean unless something happens (such as Germany invading Poland or Soviet sphere invading Italian sphere etc) and no taxes on ESE members (meaning shipping is secured for sov sphere for the most part) 8. if Hungary declares war on sov sphere Italy would immediately abandon ship.
