In response to the Hegemony of Kragg's recent vigor, the Bastion Federation has set up the Falinks Program, a project meant to protect smaller, weaker nations from the aggression of Kragg or any other nation who may wish to annex or destroy them by essentially setting up a chain of smaller nations to protect each other, hence the name. If a nation feels they are under threat by a neighboring superpower, they are eligible for this program which serves to establish an alliance between the applicant and the Cobalt Pact so that they can send the applicant resources, weapons and even ships to help them protect themselves from superpower aggression...
