Only applies to furryfied versions of object shows. Play along) However, he can't use these powers when he's 100% a cat Scrapping the unicorn thing BTW He's just magical like that, don't question it
Made this because of the remastered II episode!!!!!! (I don't regularly watch II like that) I'm gonna be so fr right now man I didn't recognize Antony's voice at first, and I thought they gave Party Hat a one-off voice actor that simply sounded like him in the original scene and I was so disappointed. But nope that was him!!!!!! After looking through the credits and replaying Party Hat's lines a few times, that's 100% him!!!!!!!!!!! Life is beautiful ❤️ I do think they sorta overdid his cameo, but whatever Party Hat is cool :)))))))))))))
