I've done judging for this in the past similar to this (off site and mostly in person at school and similar places) I'll judge based off of time and effort and quality not experience. ps: I also have a little bit of reach with my follower count and would be totally willing to promote this even if I'm not accepted if you need it. I'm not super big but I do have over 400 followers and it might be a bit helpful :D
