Sticky's spatial expansion (Spatial Expansion: The Nexus Between Thoughts and Worlds) allows for thoughts to travel to him. The black hole behind Sticky tries to replicate the pause in everything, like all the thoughts in the world came to one brain, allowing Sticky to "feel" the thoughts of others. Since this space is filled with thoughts, Sticky has to get all the information he needs before everyone gets paralyzed in a dementia-like state, where all their knowledge is sucked out of their bodies.
