we need about 64 Nations to join the World cup (all Earth NPC nations are auto-in) Space nations are banned unless their species are as strong as a Traditional Human, the better your Economy and Stability is the better you're chances of winning, IRL FIFA rules apply, any team with an decisive advantage with any non / altered humans is debuffed/or only allowed to go against strong teams with buffed gadgets so that the players don't accidentally kill or make the game unfair, First 100 matches start in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Maastricht, Groningen, Almere, Rome, Naples, Venice, Milan, and Cagliari (each of these cities get to host 10 matches) Each stadium must have a Requirement of 200,000 seats (population increase in these decades would make a Stadium with 40,000 seats in a chokehold) and the stadium must have a AC cooling system & every team must allow Hydration break or red card, any attempts to do a Gijon Disgrace will be Banned for 15Months on the spot
FoSAE! The logo might be unrelated but still (Bolivia is Socialist and a Direct democracy)
