KISMET - NEW ERA RP CHARACTER IDEA mentions of d3ath btw so uh- ok so she'll probably be made a canon part of New Era lore basically her backstory goes like this: - She was born to a loner she-cat who died shortly afterwards. Kismet, forgotten, appeared in the Whispering Wood. She grew up there, learning how to hunt and care for herself. She was alone for a long, looong time (like from kithood to mid adulthood) before Carnationcreek appeared in the Whispering Wood too. The moment Cara was granted the ability of Life, Kismet, ironically, got the ability of Fortune. At first Kismet wasn't sure what happened, then she met another cat (who's name shall not be spoken for he would be VERY MAD I'm kidding it shall be revealed soon once I figure out his name-) and she saw a possible path he could take. That possible path was her worst fear: Him befriending her then betraying her. She couldn't let that happen (even though it wouldn't have if she'd just walked away-) buuut noooo she haaaad to kill him and now he will curse everyone she speaks to or smthing idk I haven't figured out the specifics so ummm surprise when the event happens? ;3 ____________________________________ Personality Gist She'll be a desperate cat who wants friends but keeps mvrdering them bc they anger her in some way then she's mad they hate her IDK just a general plan- Semi-Detailed She's scared of being exposed by her friends, yet she desperately wants a friend. Due to this, she tends to overreact and possibly mvrder someone... Despite this, she is very calm when not overreacting. She can keep her head in battles, she's just not the greatest when it comes to relationships. During normal social interaction she'll appear skittish and shy at first, then shift into a chatty, talkative she-cat. She wants to please others, and will go out of her way to make other cats happy. And yet if she feels threatened she'll get very violent very quick. Simplified Traits + Chatty/talkative + Calm in non-social circumstances = Works to please others = Shy - Overreacts - Violent when threatened - Skittish When she eventually exists in New Era, she'd get the ability of Fortune. Basically it allows her to look into the future, which is part of the reason she's so scared of betrayal, since she sees it happening to so many cats. Despite this power being very strong, it only works on other cats, not for herself. Due to this she tends to compare her future to the paths of others, which leads to her judgement being based on the possible futures of other cats. It tends to backfire, though, as those paths only *might* happen. This leads to her killing that cat and then a huge lore event will happen in a while once Whisperclan gets more cats and idk it'll be a whole thing once I figure out what it will be- I like her design though :P
