If it helps for context, Velzie's glee is a modifier in Corru.observer's frame minigame thing that makes it so that EVERY SINGLE STATUS on EVERYONE has a 50% chance of becoming the complete opposite. I try to stab an enemy, they're now healing. I try to heal my ally, BOOM. bleeding. And for Fairy's eye, it makes it so that it will be a 100% chance instead of just a 50% chance.
