1. Create a name for the label. Any words are good, as long as they don't remind you of something weird or funny, like "cuppuchina entertainment" or "canned labs". I named mine "Mission Entertainment" because I thought it was just cool and I'd sound so moggingly cool </3 And now it's iconic..? Just trust the process, if not yourself. 2. Make a recognizable and short-ish username. You want it to be obvious enough that it is professional and an S-pop label, so, often, using terms such as "ent" and "labels" can be useful. 3. Once you've made the account, set up your profile. Try to generally keep to a theme when you're starting out, it's important. Consistent branding is one of the biggest identifying factors for people to be able to recognize you as you gain traction. (eg: Simon, @-tallyinghalls- , uses Fredoka One font for all his thumbnails. It truly doesn't matter if you're aesthetic or not, what matters is consistency to make yourself recognizable at a glance.) This process takes time, because you need to set the foundation and continue to go by it. 4. Make a logo. It can be simple, slap the name on, or a shortened version, and add a background to finish it. Using Canva templates work too <3 Just don't use AI. Please. It's really simple. 5. Set up an introduction and b/w for your company. Make sure that you speak in a properly spelled and grammatically correct manner in the formal settings. It's alright to chat in a silly way in other occasions, but it's essential that you present yourself in an eloquent way to gain trust and credibility. 6. Don't rush. Don't rush to post auditions right away, and make sure you add your intro into a ton of S-pop studios. Wait for about a week before posting. Let people become interested first. 7. Make sure to actively post advertisements introducing your new company. It can be "guys i'm starting an spop company please check it out <3" to clickbait, which is normalized in the main Spop studio.
