Katsumi stared at Izuku, wide eyed. “YOU WHAT!?” “I took his Quirk. Like All For One can. I think he gave me the ability to do that, but I'm not sure how it works and I don't know how to activate it.” He turned. “Speaking of All For One. I'll be right back.” He disappeared in a puff of green smoke. A warp gate opened, and the rest of the League came through, dispersing to wherever they all needed to go. Dabi spotted Katsumi and immediately made a beeline to her. “I saw you get thrown into the wall. You doing okay? You're bleeding, here, let me-” He took out a roll of bandages. “Staples, wait- I'm not hurt anymore.” Katsumi moved her hair aside to show unbroken skin. “See?” She let her hair fall back down. “Izuku healed me.” “He did WHAT? How?” She held still as he grabbed a roll of paper towels and began dabbing at the blood matting her hair. “I don't know. Probably something to do with All For One?” “That makes sense, I guess.” Toga skipped over. “Aw, Katsu-chan! You look so nice, all covered in blood~!” Katsumi raised an eyebrow. “I'll take that as a compliment.” “Y'know, I've always wanted to try being you~” She blinked. “...uh. Okay?” The blonde tilted her head with a mischievous grin. “Could I? We could mess with Izu-kun!” (Right after I got beat up-? Mm... but it'd also be nice to see if he could tell us apart...) “Sure, why not?” She held out her wrist, then paused. “...by the way, this is your only chance to flirt with him with my permission.” Toga beamed. “Thanks, Katsu-chan~!” ————————————————— Izuku knelt, pressing one fist to his chest and the other to the floor. “I've done it. I've taken One For All.” “Stand, my boy.” He stood, looking up at AFO. The man smiled. “I’m proud of you, Izuku.” He stood, walking over and resting a hand on his shoulder. “I will not take it from you. Use what I have given you, my boy. You have the potential to become the greatest villain the world has ever seen.” Izuku nodded. “Y-yes, sir.” “Remember what they did to you. Let that anger and hatred fester, and use it against them. The heroes trampled you down without a second thought. Show them you are not so easily broken.” A feverish light entered Izuku's eyes. “Yes! I will! I'll make them pay!” He grinned. “They will regret what they have done!” “Good! Now, then...” Izuku gasped as he felt something drain from him. “Guh- what did you-” “Do not worry, I merely took back the ability to take Quirks. They do not deserve an easy way out. Simply making them Quirkless is not the way.” He blinked, then relaxed. Good, he wasn't Quirkless. “I will not take from you what you have rightfully earned. You would not know how to control the ability to take Quirks, however, and could have potentially stolen your fiery partner’s Quirk.” Izuku’s eyes went wide. “Kacchan!? I would never!” Making Katsumi Quirkless would be like clipping a bird’s wings. It would leave her powerless and fragile, and Izuku never wanted that to happen to her. He might have if it had been the version of him from before his love for her had bloomed, but he loved seeing her happy, and Katsumi was almost always happy when she was blowing things up. “Exactly. Now, go. Make the heroes fear what they have created. Make them suffer.” Izuku grinned wildly, bowing. “Yes, sir!” ————————————————— Izuku teleported back into the base, grinning. “Kacchan, I-” He paused. Two Katsumis looked up from the couch. Identical grins appeared on their faces. “Hey, hon!” “Love! Welcome back!” He stared, dumbfounded. “...either I'm in heaven or one of you is Toga, and there’s no way I'd be going to heaven.” The Katsumi on the left stood. “Yep.” The Katsumi on the right stood as well. “One of us is Toga.” They both smirked simultaneously. “But which one?” —————————————————
Katsumi watched, grinning, as Izuku walked around her and Toga, studying them both. She had to admit, Toga’s Quirk did make her copy pretty flawless. They could've made it even more difficult by involving Twice, but Katsumi had decided it would probably be best if it was just Toga. Izuku stopped in front of Toga, then leaned in and murmured something to her. Her eyes went wide, and she flushed, her face going bright red. Izuku turned towards Katsumi, walking over and leaning down. “My love, if you are my love...” He tilted her chin up. “...my amazing, gorgeous Kacchan...” Katsumi’s neck heated up. Izuku's voice dropped to a low growl. “...doll... I don't appreciate you lying to me...” His thumb brushed lightly over her neck. Then his hand rested there. She went very still. Anxiety twisted in her stomach. She didn't like not being able to breathe, it reminded her of the sludge villain. He immediately moved his hand away as soon as he saw that she was uncomfortable. “...ah. I'm sorry.” He murmured. He moved back over to Toga and studied her. He pulled her into a gentle hug, and she squirmed slightly. “Hon, can you not-” “Of course.” Izuku stepped back, then strode over to Katsumi and rested a hand on her upper arm. His thumb stroked her shoulder. “...” He pulled her into a hug. His arms and torso enveloped her, and the anxiety in her stomach melted away, replaced by a feeling of contentment. She leaned into him, her eyes fluttering shut. He was warm, it felt nice... He moved to pull away, and for a moment she leaned into him further before letting him pull back. She opened her eyes, blinking, a slight frown on her face. Why had he pulled away? She realized he was staring at her, amused contemplation on his face. She looked down, her flush spreading from her ears to the rest of her face. “There’s the Katsumi I love.” His voice was warm. Toga sighed, detransforming. “Aw, that's not fair! How was I supposed to know she gets all soft?” Katsumi looked up to find Izuku sitting on the couch, patting the spot next to him. She moved over and sat down. “...I'm glad you recognized it was me.” She mumbled. “Oh, I knew from pretty much the start.” “What? How?” He grinned, then pulled her into his lap, his arms wrapping around her as he rested his head on her shoulder. “Your blushes start at your neck or your ears, usually. They never make it to your face immediately.” She leaned back into him, feeling the firmness of his torso against her back. “I'm surprised you noticed that.” Izuku pressed a kiss to her cheek. “I love you. Of course I'd notice.” Part 53. Where she tests his love for her. First: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/794671873 Previous: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1365077233/ Next: Working on it.
