[Badgergaze - he/him - mc warrior] I let out a long, low growl at the sight of her. Why was /she/ here? That Spirits-forsaken she-cat just had to come and ruin my chance at fame, didn’t she? I pin my ears and stalk past to join the others, and I can feel equal contempt radiating off of her, the way each other cat looks at us, curious what is going on. “C’mon, everyone, we should really get going.” Victoryvalor mews, ushering us forward and I follow, racing to get ahead of most everyone. —— —— it’s been days now, and everytime as we keep going she odes something admirable it raises frustration in my throat. Warning cats of a hawk so we could hide? It it /really/ all that impressive? Regardless of doubts telling me it’s a bad idea, I are to one-up her, each time showing bravery. Too many pieces of prey for me to carry alone caught, and then not needing to hunt the next day? Now /that’s/ impressive. I can’t get over how she left, too. And to join /FlurryClan/ of all places? Our Clan is still struggling too, just because she feels pity isn’t a reason to leave! [ Primroseburst || She/her || FlurryClan Warrior ] A cool breeze blows past me, ruffling my fur as I take a deep breath, letting the peace of the wind calm me. Of course it doesn't last long, interrupted by the glare of the irritating cat beside me. Badgergaze… What was up with him? When I had first gotten the invitation to go on the exploration, I had been overjoyed! After giving up my freedom of being a loner and moving to FlurryClan I couldn’t say no. But soon after, I had figured out that /he/ was here too. I turn, flicking my gaze towards Victoryvalour and his instructions. With a quick nod I begin to walk forward but quickly roll my eyes when I see him trying to make his way to the front like he was ALL so great. —— —— As the exploration went on, I only talked to the other cats like Kiteinferno, Cicadachirp and Victoryvalour. Even then I can still feel him glaring at me. I would be doing so too, but why should I waste my time when it’s more fun to him. Though as the exploration continues on, I can’t help but admire how good of a warrior he is. Able to catch prey with ease and know when danger was near. Loyal too of course, unlike me… — — — — the last few das had been a nightmare. Between the constant fights with Prim and the way we seemed to be getting more and more lost, I worried each day. Yesterday she’d dared me to explore a Badger set and i told her to go instead, earning the name coward. I am a coward. And then she went, hasn;t come back and im scared. I keep waiting outside and she still hadn’t come. I hate to admit but Primrose is strong then my why hasn;t she come out yet? I miss Kite, Cicada, Victory, each one fo them a glowing beacon keeping us from each other throats. I let out a dry laugh, because not anymore they don’t. (This is purposely a bit messy bc he’s at a breaking point here — — — — the exploration has been great! Tiring, but great. I had never felt more free than this before, being able to explore areas I’d never been. The only problem was Badger, he had gotten on my nerves so many times and we had gotten into so many arguments. So much about avoiding him… The other day we had come across a badger cave, I had dared Badger to go in to show me how brave he was. Just like I had suspected he backed down. But I was not a coward. I walk in, head tipped, there was no reason to be afraid of just a boring old cave. There was probably not even any badgers in here- oh. A sound of a low growl, makes me stiffen. What? I back, slowly, slowly… slowly. I drop into a small crouch, hissing as I face the badger, why was I running away? As I leap to slash at it, the badger manages to dodge out of the way. Shock pulses through me as it manages to pin me down. NO! The rest was a blur, all I could see was the badger, but I felt no pain. Amusement bubbled up in me, slightly ironic wasn’t it? The last thing I saw was a badger…
