With the Hegemony of Kragg's recent ultimatum to Pilsussan, the Bastion Federation has been scrambling to prepare for the worst case scenario and ultimately has decided upon the Great Wall Protocol. This protocol is designed to help fortify the Federation's nearby allies, most notably Gemrel as it shares a direct border with Pilsussan, as well as the newly established trade routes that lead to the Toad Empire wormhole. As the protocol is enacted the areas along the red line will, gradually over the course of Kragg's predicted wars, be assisted with fortification via providing several small outposts with heavy surveillance and defense mechanisms along the red line. Along with this both Gemrel and the QESF are being offered full membership in the Cobalt Pact with the hope of enabling better joint strategizing and defense with them. If any other Cobalt Pact members wish to assist on the protocol they may do so, and nations may also decline their segment if they feel it is not necessary.
