Before the creation of the world, there were four kitten heralds: Rime - incarnation of winter. Flora - fairy of spring. Solana - bringer of summer. And Aspen - keeper of fall. Each day, the four of them would play, and always end up panting, exhausted after the day’s fun. As they grew, they became faster and played longer each day. As time flew by, The Unnamed One had decided that they were ready, and created the world. For the rest of eternity, the four of them chased each other across the globe. Flora had been chasing Rime for the tenth year now, constantly trying to avoid being caught by Solana. Her paws felt rough after a decade of running, and she missed being able to collapse into a pile with her siblings. But she knew, that if any one of them were to stop, it would end the fragile balance keeping the world in check.
