This is my early manager form! 1) hello! Im Miguel/Migui/Mikey... i'm a spanish scratcher on cest timezone. I like rap and playing basketball! I am male, and straight. My interests are focused in some important things like school or basketball, but i'll always (almost) be on scratch. 2) my principal reasons to want to manage PWDFI are because i usually feel that i honestly dont fit in and am constantly alone, and that i would like people not to feel the same way. I'll get them on the studio and make them feel better!! I am concerned about people's happiness levels and try to make them as happy as possible :D 3) I am here every day like 1-3 hours. There'll be some days i cant use sratch because of something i'll have to do or an important issue (can involve my family). My time in scratch wont change even if in school days or holidays (could be absent on christmass). 4) i have managed some studios, like follower studios or friend studios but not big studios like dbd or goobertopia, so i'd need to work on improving my managing skills as well as trying to work better with other managers in a team. 5) i could improve the studio with thumbnails, moral support, anouncing the studio everywhere for people that dont fit in to consider joining, and also try to support other managers having like shifts for them to rest a bit.
