Babies! Babies! Babies everywhere! Many babies of various quality because I made a bunch of them in a short amount of time. Call it design practice. Note if you don’t know the digimon stages. Digimon are all born as babies and then become their in-training stage. All these slides have babies and then an in-training stage as an intended evolution. Babies 1… birds. These two were actually designed to fit as babies for a Digifake rookie design I have. Little baby birds, I love them. I think they’re great. I like to think these two are digimon who are more common in high altitude areas of the digital world, but they can’t fly and have poor depth perception, so they often just end up falling down. Thankfully both these babies weigh less than a feather, so they never get hurt. I dub thee Downymon and Tweetmon, but I do not have names for the rest of them. Babies 2… I was trying to design babies who I think could fit as baby forms for an otter digimon. I really like the shell baby one form, but I think the in-training form is a bit messy. I do want to revisit the idea of otter digimon, and if I do, I think I’ll redesign the in training form. Babies 3. I feel like these two don’t really feel like good digimon. Someone requested I base a digimon on a nautilus, and I decided to make the in-training the nautilus, and make the babier form a cowrie. I think the idea is cute, but I feel like they’re missing a bit of needed personality. Babies 4.. yo-yo who turns into Rubik’s cube. That is the whole idea, but I like these two. I think maybe the Rubik’s cube in-training is a bit too simple. But I like their vibe a lot, I bet it’d be so easy to hide a Digimon in the real world if they were literally a cube. Also yo-yo Digimon is pretty cute too. What if these guys turned into Toyagumon… it’d be so good. Babies 5. I noticed that there are canon baby Digimon who are fire, and sand, and rock, and also water. So I thought! Electricity. Battery baby form. Uh, I think the shape of the electric baby is kind of bad, but it’s okay because electricity doesn’t have a solid form anyways. Maybe baby has better form that isn’t ugly. I sure hope so. Babies 6. Plushie babies. I feel like the purple may be strange. I do like the purple though, but maybe a less loud color would make them fit better as baby digimon? I like them though. I feel like they’re great as just a cute little guy, which is what a baby digimon’s job is.
