Mm, nothing beats a fresh homemade cup of banana milk! Made with bananas, oat milk, honey, and a little vanilla extract, this sweet flavorful cup of banana goodness will brighten up your day! Lots of calcium, potassium, antioxidants, and love! <3 Even better, zero refined sugar (there is added sugar though)! It is the PERFECT treat for when you want a sweet treat but don't want to eat a million grams of sugar! Welcome to Kat's Kitchen, where I share with you my wonderful recipes! Ingredients: 1 whole ripe banana 2 cups of desired milk (preferably oatmilk) A drop of vanilla extract (recommended but optional) 1 tbsp of honey (or any sweetener) Recipe: First up, add a whole ripe banana (can be semi-ripe). Then add 1.5-2 cups of your desired milk (I use oatmeal because actual milk isn't as good to blend with bananas). Add 1 tbsp of honey, and a drop of vanilla extract. Blend on high and strain it, and you get a healthy, delicious, calcium-high and antioxidant-rich, zero refined sugar banana milk! Enjoy and don't forget to drop a follow! - Kat signing off ⋆ ࣪.
