«Pre RP» -Saudi diplomats are sent to Muscat to negotiate a Saudi purchase of Musandam from Oman. The Musandam peninsula is a very strategic location for us, since it's an entry point into the Persian Gulf, and with our upcoming operations against the pirates, it could be helpful. We offer Oman 6 billion USD in exchange for Musandam. If Oman rejects the offer, we raise the offer to 10 billion USD.
