Plieades has sought to establish a colony in the Northeast Sector since tensions with Estilyun increased; it is planned to be used for mining and military. Plieades is planning to build two cities: Taosai and Isakuo; both are planned to become major megacities in the Saoinao Metro Region. They will be built around public transportation and convenience unlike Plieades' older cities, and it will have affordable housing. The colony will have high autonomy and will have its own government; any native civilizations in the colony will be protected.
The name of the colony/the cities here are kind of an experiment for Plieades' new language style (And I think it works well)
