[ Initiating... ] [ Locating Metadata... ] [ Project: Rain 261225 ] [ Song: It's Not Tears, It's Rain - Instrumental Edition, Loopable ] [ Loading... ] [[ CREDITS ]] - Composed, recorded and produced by @VolcanicUnicorn on Scratch, or chaoticverses on Youtube - Created using Presonus Studio One - Virtual instrument used: Presence XT - No third party samples used - Thumbnail by @VolcanicUnicorn, made using Krita [[ ADDITIONAL YAP ]] - I swear, I could yap about my compositions for hours, but I'll try to keep it short, ok? - Can anyone spot the one phrase where I remembered that dynamics exist? - Octaves were boring so I did two sets a fifth apart from each other, then staggered the notes. That is the baseline, in a nutshell. I need both hands to play it, lol - I didn't realise that the violin melody was quite tricky (at least imo) until I tried to play a version (on a cello, bc i dont play violin, but, like, similar vibe. it was transposed down). Curse of the composer who uses virtual instruments and a MIDI keyboard, lol - The tempo marking is, like, 168. I think I would call that allegro. But it's really driven by the drums and bass, since the melody isn't, for the most part, TOO fast - I need to find some friends who can play this, so I can use real instruments instead of MIDI ones. Real instruments sound way better - Scratch kinda butchered the sound quality. It sounded better in the working file, and in media player - There's lore behind this song, but I'll reveal it when (let's be real, it's more likely to be if) I make a version with lyrics [ Exiting Program... ] [ ... ] [ Fin ]
