And before you ask, no, I didn't kiss the brick before throwing it. I forgot to. [Lore]: When Hazen was around 9 or 10, she began developing her powers like her mother and older sister had. However, also like her sister and mother, Hazen's powers seemed to blind her better judgement when she got particularly angry. While Hazen was never angry with family, she was always angry with the man that Rosalyn was being wed to. Hazen strongly disliked the man and avidly refused to trust him, and for good reason. On one particular day, Hazen found out why she really didn't trust her sister's fiancé, and in a fit of blind rage, killed him. Rosalyn very quickly found out when she heard screaming. Very quickly, Rose went down to check if her fiancé was still alive, and when she had realized he was most definitely not, she started screaming at Hazen. Hazen attempted to defend herself, telling Rosalyn that she never meant to make her older sister cry and that she was just trying to protect her, but Rosalyn was refusing to believe it, calling Hazen a pathetic liar and guilting her. The memory of this has plagued Hazen eternally, and the guilt plaguing him for a long time; while he realized he shouldn't have taken the life of that man how he did, he also realizes that it was out of his own control and that he isn't sorry for killing a man who was planning to do far worse to Rose. ⋆⋅☼⋅⋆───────────────────────────⋆⋅☼⋅⋆
