1 ❝ Constructive Criticism Nobody enjoys negative comments towards their work, especially ones that lack elaboration! Ask before giving criticism, and be respectful! 2 ❝ Trigger Warnings Of course, as a writer, sometimes your stories can end up dark or uncomfortable in some way. If talking about unpleasant or triggering content, add a trigger warning. This does not apply to comments, only works, but you may use trigger warnings in the discussion side as well if you wish! However, this website is for children, please seek professional help if you are greatly struggling. Also, do not discuss self-destructive behaviours in general. The palace is not a hotline, and it is a space for minors, just as Scratch is. 4 ❝ Bypassing Do not bypass the Scratch filter. Do not encode comments. This includes Morse Code and other languages. 5 ❝ Promoting Do not ask to be promoted to manager. Apply to be manager if applications are open. Ask to be promoted to curator in the comments or on a manager's profile. 6 ❝ Discourse Do not involve the entire studio when talking about drama. Keep it contained to one thread. Once said thread is filled, the discussion is over. 7 ❝ Trolls and Spammers Do not link or interact with trolls, spammers, ragebaiters, sockpuppets, etc. You may talk about them to fellow members of the studio, but please report their comments. 8 ❝ Adding Projects Only add writing related projects or projects related to the studio. OCs, writing, etc. are allowed! 2 ❝ Typing Quirks Typing quirks are allowed, however, things such as fonts are not. You can write with an accent, symbols, etc., but do not use a font. While it is preferred you use screenreader-safe symbols, it's no harsh feelings if you don't. This may change.
