I’ll make tn later bleh :P Since I am bRiTiSh (YES MATE!!) we saw the partial eclipse today. And currently a meteor shower but I’m MEANT to be asleep rn but I’m not who cares lolol Everything still looked sunny but it was noticeably darker and greyer (it looked like something out the backrooms </3 and I have been doing random backrooms research even though I get absolutely freaked out by horror unless I write, it which is common lol) and when I saw the sun through those weird special glasses, it literally looked like a freaking crescent ack. I was on Summerleaze beach in Cornwall on holiday when it happened. We were having dinner (fish and chipssss) and we knew it was coming, and it subtly got darker. Some guy leant us his eclipse glasses because my family were not prepped for it and I was shocked when I saw the sun through those. I also made the TERRIBLE choice to stare directly at the sun, no glasses. Oof my eyes hurt. And sand was everywhere because I had been bodyboarding (one of my favourite beach things to do brrr) And yeah, it’s good to be alive ^^ Sorry I had to do that reference.
