The only surviving units of Sigma lifts in AB Waterfront Office Tower's Tower 4, which serves as Nestlé SN's head office (at least, on floors 14 to 17 only). Due to the tower being the regional head office for one of the most controversial companies in the world, the tower was raided in May 2024 by Nestlé boycotters, resulting in the 28-floor tower catching on fire. The fire was first reported at 7:29PM by a traveler from Kabayuch, who was staying at LenaHotel. He also added that the fire lasted up until 2 AM. Another person reported the fire while the plane he's flying in is approaching Pecungan's Buha-Sloerp airport. Fun fact, Buha-Sloerp Airport is formerly a Nestlé factory, which got destroyed in 1998 by boycotters. In 2000, SKHC signed an agreement with Nestlé to build an airport in Nestlé's former land. Believe it or not, some former Nestlé factory workers actually helped building Buha-Sloerp airport's Terminal 1, which makes the airport development process significantly faster. The airport was initially planned to be finished by the end of 2009, but it was already finished in May 2005, and became operational 5 months later. It was later inaugurated in 29 January 2006. On the other hand, Sandyville Airport took over 30 years to finish because of, guess what? Yep, Nestlé. Construction of the new airport began in 1972, when Nestlé only have 2 active factories in Saint Khaan. In 1978, Nestlé planned to build a factory in the airport's planned location, and SKHC refused for many years, but in 1987, Nestlé persuaded SKHC to halt the development process due to "concerns about bad traffic". Thankfully, Nestlé was banned from building a factory in the Bojong Amis subdistrict. Development of the airport was resumed in 1996, and the airport was finally completed in 2003, 20 years after it's originally planned to be finished. Also, NPL media group, does NPL stand for "Nestlé Pure Life"? - some Terran&Terran Development guy, 2024 (don't take it seriously tho, it actually stands for "Neo-Platinum Media Group") Back to talking about the tower. It was later renovated, and was opened back in April 2026. The burnt Sigma Ds4 lifts has been replaced by Aquatic. Also, the authority of AB Waterfront does not allow companies to simply slap their logo on the top of the towers, but Nestlé did since they took place here in 2013. Though Nestlé has been warned to take their logo down every 6 months, the Nestlé logo is just still there. The rest of the 3 towers are either vacant or belonged to other companies. They still have original Sigma Ds4's though. Nowadays, Nestlé have 5 active factories in Saint Khaan that are still operational. 2 of them are in the Pecungan-Kabayuch area, 1 in WCT, 1 in Sandyville and 1 in a city called Qymir. They're also planning to open a factory in Paning and Naward, a city not far from Paning. Anyways, just your typical late 2000s Sigma MRL lifts with OEK chimes.
