Youre in an old version of your Android, and 3g has discontinued. The myth has a lore: The phone number calls you while you don't have a sim card inserted. And then they'll appear as @#$ (caller encoding error) in their names. This happens if you're on an old version of your system while you (still) have 3G. It's a caller trying to communicate with your 3G, and sometimes this is cyberphobia.
Inspired by tech users. (PLEASE DO NOT WATCH IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH CYBERPHOBIA, IT COULD END YOU BEING SCARED.) Before you click the green flag, read it above. Credit to Samsung (ringtone)
