"Norway, here we are.." Edd muttered, messing with the map in his hands, folding it as Tom parked, glaring at Edd, who instantly went silent, swallowing nervously, looking in the backseat. "Matt? You awake back there?" Matt sat up, nodding. "Yeah." He said, before looking around, glancing at Tom. "Where do you think Tord would be if he was even here?" Tom glanced over at a tall building, narrowing his eyes, staring at the window. "Oh, I already think I know." It was quiet out today, nobody was really walking outside, and even if they were, they kept to themselves, just glancing over at Tom, Matt, and Edd with confused, concerned, and even disgusted looks. Edd mostly ignored them, looking at the ground, while Matt and Tom were staring right back at them, Tom was the one glaring though. "Why are they looking at us?" Matt asked, glancing behind him at Edd, who just shrugged, looking up at Tom. "They probably know us." Tom muttered, glaring at the building again. "Tord's doing." "I still think you coming here to find him is a bit much.." Matt said, tilting his head slightly. "I'm doing what has to be done, Matt. Do you seriously think because he's alive, after that robot explosion, he's going to stop trying to get what /he/ wants?!" Tom snapped, turning his head, glaring at Matt. Edd shoved his hands in his pockets, looking at the ground. As they neared the building, someone was stepping out, someone wearing a long, blue coat with a name tag by his chest- Patryk, and he instantly held his hand out to stop the three other boys. "Hold on there, I don't recognize you three. Who are you?" He asked, his voice a low warning. Tom narrowed his eyes slightly, glaring at Patryk, eyeing him up and down. "Tom Ridgewell?" He said, his voice making it seemed more like an annoyed question. Edd stepped up, offering a kind smile. "Edd Gould." Matt just stared at Patryk's outfit, before sighing. "Matt. Matt Hargreaves." He said. Patryk stood there, his eyes narrowing slightly. "Yes..the boss has talked about you.." He muttered under his breath, before standing up more straight. "What are you doing here?" "We're looking for Tord." Patryk lifted a brow. "Why's that?" Tom sighed, crossing his arms. "Listen, 'Patryk', we're just looking for Tord. Tord Larsson? We have unfinished business. So, if you could let us in-" "I'm sorry, you say you want to meet up with the boss, and you just expect me to let you in after telling me your names like I'm going to just step aside?" He asked, narrowing his eyes. Tom sighed, shoving his hands in his pockets. "Fine." He growled, turning and storming off. Edd stared at Patryk, smiling and muttering a quick apology before following Tom, while Matt followed instantly. "Are you giving up that easily?" Edd asked quietly, staring at Tom nervously. "When have I ever?" He hummed, holding out his hand. "Phone." Edd dug in his pockets, taking out his phone, unlocking it and handing it to Tom, who snatched it, instantly dialing Tord's number, putting it on speaker. "Why do you still have his number saved..?" He muttered, glancing at Edd for a second. Edd shrugged, rubbing his arm. "I don't know-" "Hallo?" Tord hummed as he picked up the phone. "We're in Norway." Tom hissed into the phone. "Jeg vet det...Jeg så deg utenfor." Tord said in return, his voice slightly shaking. Was he seriously already scared? "Could you please speak in English?" Edd chuckled nervously. "Jeg mener, du er i Norge. Vi gjør ikke dette igjen, Edd. Hvis du ikke forstår dette, er det din egen feil, ikke sant? Dessuten er jeg opptatt akkurat nå, og nestkommanderende er i rommet med meg, og jeg vil ikke at han skal overhøre dette." Edd stared at the phone, before glancing at Tom, whose eye was twitching, before he growled, pulling the phone closer to his face. "Listen. We're going to get into that building one way or another, then we're going to make you regret EVER coming to our house in the first place." He said, his voice eerily calm, despite the venom dripping in it. Tord just let out a chuckle. "Well then, I suppose I'll see you soon, old friend." He hummed, his voice going cheerful. Tom opened his mouth- but Tord had hung up. He sighed, before throwing the phone back at Edd, who barely caught it, turning it off and stuffing it back into his pocket. "I am /not/ his friend. And he knows this." He hissed through gritted teeth. Edd stood there nervously, exchanging a look with Matt. "Maybe you should cool off, and we should go somewhere to eat?" Edd suggested, smiling nervously. "Yeah! I feel like food's gonna calm down!" Matt nodded aggressively, looking at Tom. "You guys are just hungry." Tom scoffed, looking away. "And you aren't?" Edd shrugged, elbowing Tom. Tom narrowed his eyes, pushing Edd away from him, before crossing his arms, going silent for a few seconds, then sighing. "Fine. Let's get food." He said in defeat, walking off towards the car.
(continued) Edd and Matt smiled at each other, quickly following after. Tord stood by the window, watching the car drive off. It was a newer car, by the looks of it, a blue car. He sighed, crossing his arms, turning his head and glancing at Paul quietly, running a hand through his hair, before walking over. "So. Who was that?" Paul asked, his voice full of curiosity. "You already know who they are." Tord said in return, glancing at his robot arm. "A few old friends could be anybody." Paul smiled, shrugging. Tord just stared at his second in command, before sighing quietly. "Don't play dumb with me." He muttered, shaking his head. Paul's smile faltered. "Yeah, you're right. I know who you're talking about." he hummed. "Say, boss. You're looking tired. I cleaned your room earlier, if you want to get some rest." Tord paused. "When did you even go in my room?" "Earlier. Come on." Paul smiled, grabbing Tord by both his wrists, backing up, letting Tord walk with him. "You seem like you want me in my room a lot?" "I'm just worried about you, sir." "I know- but-" "Shh..shh shh.. let yourself relax."
