Nah, not the BEST laptops. Get a 2021 Intel(AMD is better) laptop or a MacBook Neo. I recommend if you getting a laptop, at least have a 8th Gen i5/i7, 8 GB or more RAM, a nVME(not cheap in this economy), and you may be fine.( intel wasn't the best in 2018 to 2020 really tho and some 13th and 14th Gen i7/i9 had instability unless you updated your BIOS)
